The location.
We found a cockroach in our room. When we advised the front desk personal of our findings she was unresponsive. She did not offer any amenties for our dissatification or even a simple friendly apology. Greatly dissatified with the room, the quality of service, and most importantly, the cleanlyness of the facility.

The location proved to be convenient for my work commitments and nearby dining options. The room was spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area, and both had their own televisions. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and within walking distance of local attractions and eateries.
The hotel showed signs of neglect, with dated decor and cleanliness issues.

The swimming pool was the best part. I also like the breakfast. I think that it could have longer hours but it was still good.
The doors in my room did not close and lock without a hard push on them. There was food on the floor under the bed when I checked in. The cleaning people didn't clean the room when I was out evan tho I Did not place the don't clean sign on the door.

It was definetly the nicest room and least expensive of all the rooms we stayed in during our vacation out west. The staff was very accomodating when allowing us to check in early since we had a rental car to drop off, and also helped with getting us transportation to the airport. Everything was outstanding. I highly recommend the Quality Inn in Albuquerque.

First night the room was old. Tiles coming off wall. This was a smoking room but it had a very sweet (not pleasant) smell in the room. Our second night...the room was in much better shape. Clean and no odor. It was physically in much better repair. The attendants on the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

Had a reasonable stay while exploring the local cultural highlights. The spaciousness of the One-Bedroom King Suite was definitely a plus. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions, which was quite helpful during my trip. Maintenance issues, like outdated decor and cleanliness, did detract from the experience. It served its purpose adequately.

The location was great because we wanted a place near the airport with a shuttle.
There was a major event in the city we stayed so the price was much higher than normal. It was not a good price for the value.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was exceptionally comfortable and recently renovated with free wi-fi. Some of the staff members were fairly friendly and accommodating. The service was GREAT and the food was fresh.

The room was spacious with a good layout, perfect for our family of five. We had a great time hanging out together. The breakfast was decent and the pool plus hot tub were nice touches for the kids. One downside was the shower pressure-definitely strong, but we managed. It was a comfortable stay!

Breakfast.
Children running throughout hallways and jumping up and down in the upstairs (2nd floor) room above my room. This unsupervised and very noisy behavior continued until close to 9:45p.M.!! ((My wife and I had already driven just over nine hours on the 16th of September)). I first noticed this unruly behavior around 6:40p.M. on 16 Sep and did report my concerns to the Front Desk clerk. It is apparent that ((if)) he addressed this problem to one of the parents it went unheeded. Exacerbating the problem further was this unnecessary behavior of loud carrying on and “heavy and constant” jumping up and down foot stomping beginning around 6a.M. on the 17th of September. Such totally unacceptable behavior exhibited by these young children, obviously without any responsible adult supervision, was atrocious!! I was very close to contacting New Mexico Social Services to come to the motel to evidence such undue and noisy behavior being permitted in a ((paid for [too much, by the way])) public setting by children which had obviously been abandoned by their parents, thereby resulting in negligent carelessness exhibited by the parents. This overnight motel experience was the worst that my wife and I had ever encountered in our 40+ years of traveling throughout the United States of America. Therefore, I feel it only fair that some meaningful financial restitution be made to compensate the lack of sleep my wife and I had to endure because of the motel staff not being sufficiently forceful in having the parent(s) of these unruly children disturb responsible motel guests. Also, Adolescent children, about 15 and 16 years of age, were in the breakfast area in bare feet!!

I loved the spacious layout of my One-Bedroom King Suite, easy for me to move around. The tasteful decorations in the common areas made the atmosphere cute, and the staff was attentive to my needs.
More accessible seating in common areas would be ideal.
